Our Mission

The Borough is a centre for health and wellness comprised of a variety of health care providers. We provide services to support our community in the areas of physical, spiritual and mental health. The Borough believes in providing a quality patient care experience from the start to finish. We pride ourselves on bringing the personal touch of small town medicine to our urban community.

The Borough provides personalized care to all of our clients, the type of care that is often missing in a typical urban healthcare centre. Clients want to feel heard and we are here to listen. This results in a compassionate healthcare experience that enhances the lives of our clients and community.

The Borough focuses on building community through quality interactions with our clients every step of the way. The clinic is designed to feel like your local neighbourhood hang out; cuddle up with a book in our lounge, sit down with a warm cup of tea, take part in a meditation class, or tend to our community garden. Our administrative team is always accessible and implements a strategic system to ensure medical matters are attended to promptly. Our healthcare providers are personable and thrive on building strong relationships with their clients by listening to their needs and understanding their goals. All elements of The Borough work in harmony to support our community in the areas of physical, spiritual and mental health.

The Borough is open to everyone who desires a community connection and wants to enhance their health. We are skilled in providing care to people of all ages and families of all sizes. With a connection to St Joseph’s Family Medicine Obstetrics Team, The Borough provides services to people who are pregnant or looking to become pregnant.
