Dr. Aaren Grigg, MD

Family Medicine-Obstetrics Physician
Dr. Aaren Grigg welcomes you to The Borough Health & Wellness!

She is a Family Medicine Physician who specializes in Obstetrics and Women’s Health, also referred to as an FM-OB.  She has been practicing in the west end of Toronto since 2018 as a member of the St Joseph’s Primary Care Obstetrics Group.

Dr. Grigg is originally from outside of London, Ontario and completed her medical training in the United States.  During her 3 year Family Medicine Residency in Flint, Michigan, her passion for women’s health and obstetrics flourished.  She continued her training and completed a 1 year Maternal Newborn Health Fellowship in Detroit, Michigan where she managed a variety of high risk medical conditions in pregnancy and developed advanced skills in surgical obstetrics.  After eight years of training in the United States, she enthusiastically returned home to establish her FM-OB practice.

This January, Dr. Grigg opened The Borough Health & Wellness with the goal of providing a quality patient care experience from start to finish.  She prides herself on bringing the personal touch of small town medicine to our urban community and aims to re-invigorate the patient-physician relationship.

Dr. Emily Martin, ND

Naturopathic Doctor

The goal of Dr. Emily’s naturopathic practice is to use the foundations of health to optimize long-term wellness from preconception to adulthood.

Dr. Emily is passionate about optimizing the health of women and their families during preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. She pursued an externship at The World of My Baby, a clinic that focuses on pregnancy care and family health. At the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, she completed a clinical internship with a focus in pediatrics. She also trained as a naturopathic doula through the Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors and has gained experience working with women throughout their pregnancy and birth. Her practice also has a strong focus in digestive health because she believes that a healthy body and mind begins with a healthy digestive system. Dr. Emily was diagnosed with celiac disease at 19 years old and it was one of the driving factors that made her passionate about becoming a naturopathic doctor. She understands the challenges of living with a chronic disease and how much it can impact your quality of life. Through her own health journey, Dr. Emily has seen the power and efficacy of naturopathic medicine when it comes to improving digestive health and has made it her goal to support others living with celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, and many other digestive conditions.

Dr. Emily looks forward to sharing her skills, compassionate approach, and positive energy to help address your health concerns and support you in establishing your wellness goals so you can live your life fully.
